TOLEDO, Ohio – A University of Toledo student has been charged with inducing panic on campus.  Evelyn Grace Crone, a 20 year old student, was arrested on February 16, 2026 at 10:04 p.m. by campus police, after threatening to bomb the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity on a social media post.
